Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Payments

A 50% deposit confirms your booking.
Balance due 24 hours before service.
Accepted payments: EFT, Card, or Cash.
Prices may vary based on time, distance, and vehicle type.

2. Chauffeur Conduct

Chauffeurs are uniformed, professional, and punctual.
No smoking, eating, or drinking alcohol inside vehicles.
Clients must respect vehicles and staff.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancel 48 hours prior for a 50% refund.
No refunds for same-day cancellations.
Date changes allowed if vehicle is available.

4. Liability & Insurance

All vehicles are fully insured for passenger safety.
The company is not liable for delays caused by traffic or weather.

5. Cross-Border & Long Trips

Cross-border hires to Zimbabwe, Botswana, or Mozambique require advance notice and additional permits.
